Famous for her philanthropic work in Africa, Madonna announced the construction of 4 new schools in Malawi for the year 2018.
“Let’s start 2018 the right way! This year we will start with the construction of 4 new schools in Kasungu district #Malawi with @RaisingMalawi and @buildOn !! These are 14 schools in total that will help thousands of children receive the education they so rightly deserve! The 59-year-old singer wrote on her Instagram account.

Since the discovery of Malawi in 2006, Madonna continues to help this country. His last four children, David Banda (12), Mercy James (11), and the twin girls Estere and Stella (5) are from Malawi. She has already built 10 schools in this country.
In addition to schools, Madonna had an extra wing built at the Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital dedicated to sick children, the Mercy James Institute for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care, named after her daughter Mercy James.
