In a situation where a client is used to consuming high calorie beverages, one of such ways to help is to introduce lemon water to such person. The client can still enjoy some liquid portions that is not plain water but yet had reduced his or her calorie intake because lemon is low calorie
Some individuals have subjected themselves to few days of lemon juice or lemon water diet therapy. For a few people, it works very effective helping them loose 7kg in about 10 days while others lose about 2kg. The reality is that the best way to lose body fat is a combined effort of nutrition and activities. It is very certain that you would gain back the weight lost during only lemon juice intake. It is only a matter of time.
It is professionally advised not to drink lemon juice directly. You should dilute the juice in water before drinking. The reason for this is that lemon juice is highly acidic, and continued and excessive exposure to acidic foods and beverages can erode your tooth enamel.
