Meet Kourtney S. Mason, MBA, Claim Manager at Travelers, a Fortune 500 company that provides insurance coverage to protect the things that are important which include houses, cars, valuables, and businesses. With a focus on commercial and property insurance, the company has been around for over 165 years and employs more than 30,000 people and over 14,000 independent brokers and agents in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Ireland.
She has excelled in working in challenging environments and is committed to executing a hands-on management style to ensure optimal operations and outcomes, Kourtney recently accepted a position as the first Black person to become a Regional Director for Claim Account Executives at Travelers.
