A cleaner named Rosa was surprised with a newly refurbished penthouse as a gift from the residents of a building she has cleaned for 20 years.
Rosa, a cleaner from New York, had lost her job due to the pandemic and had to move in with her sister as she had nowhere to live.
However, residents of the New York building she has cleaned for years decided to gift her the penthouse.
In a video shared online, Rosa is seen with her cleaning equipment as she thinks she’s been invited to clean the penthouse.
As she’s given a tour of the four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment, she has no idea it’s her new place.
When she was eventually informed that the residents of the building have paid a two-year lease on the penthouse apartment for her, she broke down in tears.
