If the reasons for this expulsion were unknown to the general public, today we know clearly what prompted President Alassane Ouattara to make this decision.

Stellio Gilles Roberts Kapo Chichi is the president of the NGO “Pan-African Emergencies”. Present on Ivorian soil in March for meetings as part of its activities, the French-Benin was expelled.

On the occasion of the Forum Mo Ibrahim 2019, Saturday, April 6, 2019, the Ivorian Head of State, Alassane Ouattara, spoke about the expulsion of political activist and essayist Franco-Beninese Kémi Séba from Côte d’Ivoire.
