ISIS has issued a chilling danger to complete an assault at the World Cup in Russia one year from now with a notice of footballer Lionel Messi crying blood.
The debilitated picture released demonstrates the Barcelona player placed behind bars with what seems, by all accounts, to be blood dripping from his eyes.
It’s the most recent endeavor by ISIS to spread dread prior the World cup in the late spring one year from now.
