Humaniq Launches Live Support Chat In Its Mobile App In Africa

Humaniq, a next-generation financial service with its own cryptocurrency has announced a new live chart support in its Mobile App.

The new addition will enable users in Uganda, Senegal, Zimbabwe, Tanzania and Rwanda to enjoy instant support via live chat with the Humaniq team.

The team will help users with any issues they may have regarding the obtainment of HMQ coins, passing the bio-ID process, P2P transactions, resetting passwords, or anything else.

The new Humaniq support will be integrated automatically in the App chats along with the Humaniq helper, the bot assistant which educates customers how to earn up to $20 equivalent in HMQ in the App by referring friends and undertaking microtasks, while also helping users to navigate in the app.

These developments are based on research by Humaniq in local areas to get feedback on the App and to find the best way to deliver new-gen financial services to the unbanked people in Africa.

The team also incorporated the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact into its strategy and procedures, and aimed to establish a culture of integrity, setting the stage for long-term success.

“We did a lot of tests and research in the field and collected a lot of feedback from our users, who use the Humaniq App every day for communications and making transactions with each other, said Kabanire Ruhinda, Humaniq Ambassador in Uganda. “Our community in Uganda is really inspired by Humaniq, the first Blockchain project that is already working here. We feel that our opinions really matter.”

The new version of the Humaniq App is already available in Google Play and can be used even on low-end mobile devices with Android 4.0.3.
