Besides the salt gargle, there is also the lemon and honey gargle to treat a viral angina. To prepare it, you have to make a mixture of lemon juice (1 tablespoon), honey (1 tablespoon) and 200 ml of hot water.


This substance is extracted from bud resins by bees. Containing many antimicrobial agents, pure propolis is effective when chewed to fight throat irritation.


Thyme tea

Then, the anti-infectious list: thyme tea. Just pour 1 tsp. dried thyme in 150 ml of boiling water. Then, cover the solution and let it infuse for about ten minutes, then filter it. As a recommendation, you can drink three cups of this preparation daily. You will see a clear improvement in the condition of your throat and your tonsils.
