Happy Friends Day! Here’s How To Watch Your Friends Video On Facebook

Happy Friends Day, everyone.

Today is Facebook’s 12th birthday and to celebrate the social media giant has created a personalised 58-second ‘friends day’ video for every user.

Each video gives the user a run down of important moment with their friends they shared online.

Whether that’s a fun night at a party or a day down the dog track, it’s all there.

To watch yours simply go to the top of your news feed on Facebook or follow the link HERE. Alternatively click the ‘watch yours’ link under another friend’s friend day video.

You can edit the videos yourself as well as sharing for all your friends to see.

Facebook also released a new statistic showing that the degree of separation between every user – is only 3.57 people. This is a slight fall from 3.74 people back in 2011.

A spokesman for Facebook said:

When people connect, powerful things happen and lives are changed. We see this on Facebook every day, whether it’s an exchange with an old friend that brings a smile to your face or a new connection that changes your life path, or even the world.

To celebrate, we are releasing an updated degrees of separation statistic, highlighting inspiring stories about the power of friendship, and launching new products to further encourage our community to rally around their friends today.
