This Mother’s Day will not go down too well for Former NBA star Chris Bosh, who is being sued by his own mother for allegedly rejecting her and taking away her home.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Freida Bosh alleges her 34-year-old son had her sign papers related to the deed of her DeSoto, Texas, home back in 2005.
Believing that the papers were about the divorce from her husband and Bosh’s father, Noel, Frieda signed them.
She claimed that in return for her signing the papers, Bosh promised to provide for her for the rest of her life.

Freida, however, learned in August 2017 that she was not the owner of the home and alleged that the document she signed in 2005 was distorted by her son to give ownership of the home solely to him.
She is seeking unspecified damages, alleging Bosh has continuously tried to evict her.
Bosh has since denied the allegations, demanding that the case be thrown out.
Meanwhile, in December, Frieda was arrested for allegedly allowing drugs to be run on the same home at the centre of her lawsuit against her son.
Bosh’s promising NBA career was cut short when team doctors discovered that he had blood clots in his legs.
