Emmanuel Adebayor: “If Drogba Wants My Help, He Has My Number”

Emmanuel Adebayor spoke out on Didier Drogba’s candidacy for the Ivorian football federation. The Togolese was not kind to the Ivorian.

If Didier Drogba should become president of the Ivorian football federation (FIF), he will have to do so without the support of Emmanuel Adebayor. The former Togolese international who recently refused to donate to his country to support the victims of covid-19, has once again distinguished himself. This time again he risks attracting lightning from the team of Didier Drogba and his supporters.

Indeed, in a video posted on his facebook page, Emmanuel Adebayor responded to those who want to see him support the former captain of the Elephants

“I am not an Ivorian. If Drogba wants my help, he has my number. Besides, I don’t know anyone in Ivory Coast. So why are you telling me to support Didier Drogba. I don’t have to. I really don’t understand Africans. “Said the Togolese during a live on his Facebook page.

No doubt the many fans of the former Chelsea player will soon react bitterly.
