Ingredients:• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
• 1 grated garlic clove
• 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
• 1 piece of grated ginger
• 1 teaspoon of honey
Preparation:Mix all the ingredients until they combine. If you prepare large amounts you can store it in the fridge for no more than 5 days.
The ingredients are for one dose only. Consume it before meals and no more than three times in one day. Just after the first week you will start noticing results. You will decrease your level of cholesterol and normalize your blood pressure.
