The Portuguese decided to invest in the construction of an hotel chain Pestana CR7 in Marrakech.
With 174 rooms, 2 restaurants, a Spa and a business center, the hotel will be built on M Avenue.
The Juventus striker Turin holds 50% of the shares. The inauguration is scheduled for 2020.
In the columns of Les Eco.Ma website, the development director of the Pestana Hotel Group, Jose Roquette spoke about the project.
“We are happy to contribute to the realization of this project. Marrakech is a popular destination and manages to attract more and more tourists. This city is the perfect environment to host a Lifestyle & Boutique hotel brand , “ Roquette said. As a first step, this hotel will be rented to the Portuguese for a period of 15 years.
