Colonel Gaddafi: “They Will Create the Virus, Pretend to Find the Solution, and Sell the Antidotes”

The advent of the coronavirus created a lively controversy between the United States of America and China. The Chinese accused the American government of being responsible for the spread of the virus. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian in turn tweeted that “it could be the US military” that brought the coronavirus to China while US President Donald Trump also constantly qualifies COVID-19 from “Chinese virus”.

In the wake of these accusations, a research team came across a very strong statement made by Muammar Mohammed Abu Minyar Gaddafi, the former Libyan revolutionary president and pan-Africanist.

In a speech given during his first years of leadership, Gaddafi said that there are people who specialize in creating health problems just to make money, no matter how dangerous it is for people. human existence.

He said at the time, “They will create the virus themselves and sell the antidotes afterwards, pretending to take their time to find the solution when they already have it.”

With all that is going on around the world today with the Covid-19, the pandemic that is spreading and killing many people, this is the perfect time to evoke this thought of Gaddafi, especially when this virus started to spread to Africa.

Colonel Gaddafi has always been this leader who can hardly believe in the sincerity of a people who once decided to divide the territories of Africa, plunder its resources to build its nation, and brutalize its people in addition.

Known to be very protective of African culture, a promoter of African unity, an ardent critic of foreign ideologies and strategies with which the powers manipulate the world, he never kept his words when he opposed social ills.

Many of the facts that Gaddafi used to oppose in the past, most of which have been overlooked, appear to be manifesting today.

Gaddafi may be gone, but his thoughts are still valid. What do you think of his point of view?
