CAF Champions League: Here are the Draw for the Group Stage

The draw for the group stage of the CAF Champions League was held this Friday in Cairo. The 16 teams qualified teams are now located on their next opponents.

The defending champion, Esperance of Tunis inherits the Pool B. He will face the Horoya of Guinea, Orlando Pirates of South Africa and the Zimbabweans of FC Platinum.

Asec Mimosas, the only Ivorian representative, will challenge the Casablanca WAC, South Africa’s Mamelodie Sundows and Nigeria’s Lobi Star.

Highlight of this draw, Group C where three out of four opponents are North Africans. TP Mazembe will have to fight hard to make room for the next round
