Because of Them We Can, a non-profit initiative celebrating Black excellence and achievements in the US, shared their amazing story on Facebook.
In the post, the mom, LaWanda Flennoy, is quoted as saying: “Yep, this is really happening this year…three generations of graduates. Congrats to my three daughters and my granddaughter. Education is important at every age.”
The post further reveals that Flennoy is graduating from college along with two of her daughters, while her youngest daughter is graduating from high school. Her granddaughter is proudly graduating from kindergarten

Another one, Debra Holder, said:
