The famous American rapper and composer Rick Ross is visiting Ghana for the Detty Rave concert which will take place in the capital Accra on December 27.
The 43-year-old singer landed at Kotoka International Airport on Thursday and was greeted by dozens of enthusiastic fans and journalists.

Rick Ross’s visit is part of the “Year of Return” program, which has seen many international stars drop their bags in Ghana. The year 2019 has been designated as the “Year of Return” by the Ghanaian government because it marks exactly 400 years since the first slave ship left Africa.
Other celebrities are expected in Ghana before the end of the year.
