The US president made the disclosure during a surprise call-in to Rush Limbaugh’s radio show on Monday, January 6, Daily Mail UK reports.
President Trump’s official Facebook page has 25 million likes, while Kim Kardashian-West’s official Facebook page has 29 million likes – meaning that the latter has more likes than Trump.
What President Trump means by being number one is, however, not clear.
The president said: “I had dinner with Mark Zuckerberg the other day. ‘He said, ‘I’d like to congratulate you: you’re number one on Facebook.”‘
According to Daily Mail UK, Facebook did not immediately respond to request for comment.
We earlier reported that Donald Trump had justified the Friday, January 3, airstrike that killed an Iranian commander, Major General Qassem Soleimani at the Baghdad International Airport.
Trump on twitter justified the killing of Soleimani on the grounds that the Iranian general had killed or badly wounded thousands of Americans over an extended period of time.
he US president claimed the general was planning to kill more Americans before he was neutralized by the airstrike.
He further blamed Soleimani for the death of millions of people, including the recent large number of protesters killed in Iran itself.
The US president played down the killing of the commander by saying the Iranian people are not as sad over the killing as their leaders are making it seem.
