8 Beers That You Should Stop Drinking Immediately And Why..

Here are 8 beers that you should stop drinking immediately.

Many of us choose what we eat with a lot of attention, or at least we spend a minimum of attention on it. But when it comes to drinks, especially alcoholic beverages, we are not at all paying attention to making the best decisions for our health

. Which is a HUGE mistake. Anything you do for your body can be ruined in a weekend out. While food and non-alcoholic beverages must list their ingredients and are monitored by the FDA, beer is not included. The alcohol industry has been pushing for years to avoid labeling its ingredients. Some to protect their recipes, but most, to hide harmful ingredients.

Here are some ingredients commonly found in beer:

  • GMO corn syrup
  • GMO corn
  • High fructose corn syrup
  • Swim bladder
  • Propylene glycol
  • Monosodium glutamate
  • Natural aromas
  • GMO sugars

1. Newcastle brown beer

Newcastle beer was found to contain a coloring caramel. Caramel coloring class 3 and 4 is made from ammonia, which is classified as a carcinogen. Even though alcohol itself is a carcinogen, drinking in moderation may decrease your chances of developing cancer. However, added carcinogens will have the opposite effect. “The one and only” beer with a high risk of causing cancer.

2. Budweiser

Budweiser contains genetically modified maize (GMO). In 2007, Greenpeace discovered experimental GMO rice in Budweiser beer.

3. Extra corona

The ads were so peaceful and relaxing. Until I discover that the beer contains GMO corn syrup and propylene glycol. Propylene glycol is controversial, and it is said that it may be dangerous for your health.

4. Miller lite beer

Miller lite beer contains GM corn and corn syrup. It’s “the time of GMOs”.

5. Michelob Ultra

Less known but still available for sale, you should eliminate Michelob beer of your choice. This beer contains a genetically modified sweetener (dextrose GMO).

6. Guinness

Guinness is often praised for its sweetness. However, several surveys have shown that Guinness’s ingredients are quite disturbing. The beer contains isinglass, an ingredient that comes from fish bladder and high fructose corn syrup. High fructose corn syrup has long been banned from many shops and beverages.

Update: Good news! We contacted Guinness and said they no longer use high-fructose corn syrup in any of their beers.

7. Coors Light

Coors Light beer is well known to students especially because it is cheap. It contains GMO corn syrup.

8. Pabst Blue Ribbon

Pabst Blue Ribbon beer contains GM corn and GM corn syrup.

You have to choose healthy beers

So when it comes to beer, you have to be very careful. Your best option is to find a microbrewery you can trust. As always, try to avoid cheap products that are of poor quality. Try to stay away from all American beers because they are years behind GMOs. Everywhere in the world we ban GMOs except in the United States. Choose organic beer. Beers with the 100% organic label are required to have 100% organic ingredients. While an “organic” label means that it will be organic at only 95%. European beer is more likely to be safe from GMO ingredients but unfortunately in most other beers there are GMO artificial ingredients, stabilizers, cereals and preservatives, plus HFCs.
