Highlighting Bill’s post-White House career as a humanitarian, the 6-minute video introducing the president features interviews with both Bill and ordinary Americans.
It also highlights the first Clinton White House.
“Under President Clinton, 23 million jobs were created, and our country had a budget surplus,” the DNC said in a press release accompanying the video. “He signed the Family and Medical Leave Act and gave historic tax relief to working poor families and middle class parents sending their children to college. President Clinton also protected 58 million acres of heritage forest and saved Medicare, Medicaid and education spending from Republican cuts.”
