50 Cent’s 52-Rooms Mansion To Be Used As Home For The Elderly

Popular US rapper, 50Cent has reportedly sold his 52-rooms mansion to a nursing home management company who intends to use it as an assisted living facility for the elderly.


According to TMZ report, 50 Cent initially listed the Connecticut mansion for $18 million in 2007, but finally sold it at a reduced price of $8 million.


He bought the mansion in 2003 for $4.1 million and reportedly spent about $10 million on renovations of the property’s gym, racquetball courts, and disco room with stripper poles.
