Integrated Capital was founded by Kenneth Fearn in 2004. Since its founding, the company has acquired or developed assets with a total capitalization of more than $400 million. Additionally, Integrated Capital has “participated in investments and consulting projects in excess of $2 billion of assets globally across all real estate asset classes,” according to their website.
The RLJ Companies/RLJ Development Partners
The RLJ Companies was founded as a network of companies in 2000 in Bethesda, Maryland by Robert L. Johnson, who became famous for founding BET. One of the companies in Johnson’s network is the largest African-American owned hotel investment company in the country. RLJ currently owns 142 hotels in major markets in North America, with more than 29,000 guest rooms and a portfolio value in excess of $2 billion.
H.J. Russell & Company
The late businessman Herman J. Russell founded his company in 1952. Currently, the construction and real estate company is headquartered in Atlanta and has a net worth of $200 million in assets. H.J. Russell & Company has worked on many projects ranging from schools, hospitals and residential areas.
Omni New York, LLC
This real estate group is owned by former major league baseball MVP, Mo Vaugn and Eugene Schneur. It was started to revitalize neighborhoods in New York and other states. Since December 2004, Omni New York has acquired and rehabilitated or is in the process of rehabilitating 7,289 units of affordable housing in New York state, according to the company’s website. Through their affiliate, Omni America LLC, the company owns 4,461 units of affordable housing across the U.S.
