Since he no longer holds the post of President of the United States, Barack Obama enjoys a much lighter schedule. So, nearly three months after the handing over of power to Donald Trump, the former president flew with his wife for a vacation in French Polynesia. On the spot since March 15, the couple Obama was joined by some friends like Bruce Springsteen, Tom Hanks and Oprah Winfrey.

For their last moments on the spot, the former presidential couple spent time on the Rising Sun, a luxury yacht owned by billionaire David Geffen, one of the creators of the Dreamworks Studios. A photo of an AFP photographer shows Barack Obama photographing his wife on the upper deck. Before leaving, the former president also met Edward Fritch, the President of the archipelagos, who offered him Easter eggs. On Friday, April 14, after a month, three private jets were waiting for Barack and Michelle Obama and their friends to take them back to the United States.
